PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 — 5 to 14 business days
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times can vary based on your location.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
PawLuxeSupply is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
PawLuxeSupply is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at almnsr00@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand soon.
